Chapter Thirty-two

Priya asked Cara and Roy to go see Alpha Luke if there would be any chance for Cara to use her powers on him to check out his memories about her Father. Priya knew it wasn't going to be an easy task, so she expected Roy to turn down her opinion.

"We can't just walk into Luke's apartment without him knowing we are planning something." Roy said in haste, illustrating with his hands. He sighed but also knew that there wasn't any other option if they really wanted to get it done. "So what do you suggest." Priya asked, wanting to take her seat. Roy shrugged not knowing what to say. Cara voiced out agreeing to what Priya had suggested.

"Are you out of your mind Cara, it's like going into a Lion's den, you just became a Royal guard, that does not mean you won't be killed." Laurel said, petulantly. "You know for sure that you'll have to make some contact with Luke, right... Roy, please don't allow her to do this." Laurel added, feeling riled.
