Chapter 30 Fear of Losing  

Theo POV

I stood in the doorway with my gaze focused on Louis. The bright smile that once brought me out of the darkness was always embedded in his handsome face. One of his hands freed from the infusion moved, waving at me. I sat there, not knowing why my feet felt so heavy.

“Come here, my little wolf.” Louis called me by his favorite little name.

I bowed with both my eyes glazed over when I heard the call. As much as possible, I hide my sadness by thinking of beautiful moments so that tears do not come out.

“Theo, you would rather not see me.” Louis's voice turned sad, and I could hear that he was sighing.
