Third POV

"NO!!!"

Serenity woke up, and sat up instantly on the bed. Her right palm was still gripping her neck very tightly there. And her left hand was raised, as if to reach out for something. Serenity's entire body was sweating profusely, her breathing sounded very labored, and the expression on her face looked terrified.

"Serenity... Serenity, you are awake? Are you okay? Hey..."

Logan, who had just entered the room, immediately ran in and approached Serenity there. Logan stretched out both of his hands, and rubbed Serenity's face who still looked scared now. Logan also lowered both of Serenity's hands there. He also looked at Serenity with great relief, and also worried at the same time there

"Serenity? Can you hear me?" Logan asked when he realized that Serenity was still catching her breath, and was slowly coming to her senses now.

Serenity averted her eyes and looked at Logan with a sob. Without saying anything, Logan immediately pulled Serenity's body into his tight embrace.
