Lana's POV

Opening my eyes I looked around, I couldn't smell my surroundings. I couldn't see properly.

What's happening?

'Stelah?'

I searched for other halves only to feel emptiness. My vampire was gone. My demon was gone.

This was my punishment for not letting Chloe die.

I quickly realised I couldn't move. At all.

The doctors told me I still had control of my speech, I could talk and move my head a little. I could smile, blink, breath.

I just simply couldn't move.
