"Congratulations on being part of the family now, but I know you'll betray us soonest." Summer said as soon as I stepped inside the empty kitchen to fetch myself a glass of wine.

I was suddenly thirsty after the whole oath; I wondered if it was what the witch had given to me that made me feel that way.
