CHAPTER SEVENTY - SIX

Aurora's POV

I woke up the next morning feeling quite tired, I must have stressed myself a lot yesterday with the whole cooking thing, never have I had to cook in my whole life, but I did all of that yesterday because I wanted to catch a pained woman who thinks that I stole from her.

I looked by my side and Jax was already gone, I stood up and I looked out through the window and it was still quite early, I wonder where he might have gone.

I laid back on the bed, I still feel like taking a some rest but I could no longer find sleep, my head keeps remembering how Jax almost pressured me into telling him what's going on with me, I almost asked and begged him to tell me where I can find my mother, I know that he knows something about her whereabouts, and that's the most important thing for me to find out about now, then I can know what sort of revenge suits Jax himself.
