Lucas's POV
Standing here, with her, she is helping me heal and the feel of her is everything to me. I know she is made for me, the single best feeling in the world to me is her. Looking down into her gorgeous eyes, I can get lost in them, she looks up at me and gets on her tippy toes and presses her lips against mine. Chloe's POV I woke up to the door closing, the scent of Alaric was over taking all my senses and when I opened my eyes and looked up he was towering over me, looking down, my heart jumped when I realized he was so close, I let out a gasp and pursed my lips together tightly to try not to make another sound.
