Chapter 44

Jace kneel in front of me to hug me. I poured everything in his chest. Anger had filled my heart knowing about what happened to Willow and despite how he bully me before, the truth won't change that he was still my brother. I love him no matter what happened and I couldn't accept the fact that he died just like that.

“My brother is dead, Jace,” I said while still crying and Jace comforted me by rubbing my back.

“I know this will never be easier for you, Margaux, but I want to let you know that I am here beside you.”
