Chapter 76

His laugh almost echoed in the whole forest. The way he laughed, it's as if he's mocking my capabilities. I am grateful because I have learned so early that this man is not the real Jace. But instead, he's Jace's twin brother.

“Where the hell is my mate, asshole?” I growled to stop him from laughing.

“I told you already that I keep my brother away from you, away from this pack. You can't see him anymore.”

His response makes me grit my teeth in anger. I want to kill him now but I worry that Jace might get mad with me. This is still his twin brother but if he messes around, I don't know if I could still control myself. He already killed some of the pack members and I wouldn't allow him to kill more of them.

“Tell me where Jace is. I am begging you to stop all of this. Jace was your twin brother and you must not hurt him.” I was doing my best to convince to stop everything that he was doing right now. However, he doesn't seem to care about my words because of how he smirked at me.
