Aric's Hidden Agenda

"Dad, what are you talking about?" Felise debated. "Have you forgotten, I was the one who invited them to come over, remember? This is not what we talked about earlier. Mom? Please, say something."

Felise's mom cleared her throat before she gathered her thoughts, her guilt, and confusion were telling me that she was in the middle of picking sides.

After a few seconds of thinking things, her mom finally spoke up, "Your dad's right, honey. Either of these boys deserves to be part of your future. With Aric, you will have a better future, not just as a human but as a monster. Ezra already knows that we don't like him to be your boyfriend. In fact, we already told him to stay away from you, but he didn't listen so we were left with no choice but to marry you with Aric."

"Excuse me?" Felise frowned. "You want me to marry that old man? But I hated that man, Mom, Dad! If he will be the only man who remains in this world, I would rather remain single forever, Mom, Dad. He appro
