Chapter Seventy-One

Home made lycan vodka.

Just keep smiling, just keep smiling. It was my current motto. I refused to eat in the canteen, I tried it the following day after the incident but couldn’t eat. Whispers and stares were constantly about and on me. Even training was awkward. The only thing I actually enjoyed was my private driving lessons with Lance, I can’t believe I’ve used driving and enjoyed in the same sentence. He was incredibly patient with me and we had managed to keep the engine running for up to two minutes before I change my mind and turn it off. Hopefully I could string it out long enough so that when May came, I could graduate without having actually driven the car.

I stayed with Lance every night, he was with me for every training session…he was clearly taking the witches warning seriously. Today was Friday and I was looking forward to shutting that apartment door and locking it shut this weekend. I just needed to hide away for a day or two.

WOW!!! She will find out she has a mate. Someone special just for her. Aida deserves some happiness! I know her mom would love Lance and her new family she has made. She isn't used to people being there for her. Her new family seems to be staying around!!!
