Lucifer's POV

Once again, she defied me and stayed with me throughout the night and at the early hours of the morning, she was gone. She had left clothes beside me too and as I donned them on, I wondered what she was thinking and I wondered why my heart quickened at the thought.

"Isn't she so nice?" Steel asked me and I could hear the twinkles in his voice.

"What's wrong with you, Steel. You've been acting weird lately." I said to him as I did my buttons.

"I'm not being weird. I'm only saying she's nice. Nice enough to stay with us during our dangerous moments and getting us clothed before the sunrise." He explained, still speaking in that dreamy voice of his.
