The relief I felt walking out of the headmistress's office turned into icy dread. My feet were slamming against the ground as I ran away without knowing where I would go.

I kept running until my feet stopped near a familiar place. I have been here twice and it wasn't pleasant.

I heard the leaves moving on my left side. I turned and saw him looking at me with his poker face.

"You're crying." he tilted his head, and I couldn't ignore the tightening of his jaw.

I hesitated but I forwarded and curled my arms around his middle. "Do you know?" I asked.

His arm came around me. He lifted me off the ground. "You met my brother today?" He asked.

I pulled my head back. "Did he tell you in your head? That's not fair. I don't have powers like you all. That doesn't mean you're going to treat me like this as if I don't exist." I sobbed, lowering my chin.

"You're thinking too much." His fingers brushed on my cheeks and he tucked the locks o
