Third Person's POV Tamara stares at Dean, not knowing how to start talking to him. Dean leans against a tree, looking at his mate. He waits for her to speak, but he thinks they need to find a place to talk without the vampire possibly hearing them. Dean feels that he needs to take Tamara to a safe place, knowing she will not put her feet on the Red River Pack's ground. "We need a safe place to talk," Tamara says. Tamara's POV The following morning, I run to the gypsies' camp to find out what they know about the humans and hunters, and I need to find out what they know about the lab. The gypsies can look into the future with their glass balls and read one's palm. I know that I have magical powers that they hardly use. If they use it, they only use it for good and to help humans and other creatures that are children of the Moon Goddess. I know they will never betray us, and they will never go against the werewolf. Tamara's POVGazelle and I ran back to our Pack. We know we are safe because all the other smaller Packs have already been taken out, or at least their Alpas have been taken away. Leon would have come after our Pack if he knew where we were. I know we will have to go and meet Dean and tell him what is happening. I also know that we will have to tell him where the lab is because we will have to go and scout it out. We must know how many men there are and how many hunters I have. I do not understand why the vampires want to know where the lab is. I am sure they already know where it is and do not want to tell us because they hide something from us. Tamara's POVI still do not know if I can believe the vampires or even if I can believe Dean. What are they all up to? Dean is trying to get me on my back to join him. And he thinks that I will become his Luna. He is making a big mistake because I will not go and live at the Red River Pack. It will only be because we all have to communicate without the humans and hunters picking up on our communication. I know that Gazelle is correct that we need another communication method and cannot use cell phones or two-way radios. Dean's POVI wait for Tamara at the place we always meet. I hope she and her Pack has decided to join us. We can do with their help, and we need their magical protection. Miriam has promised to protect us, but I do not know if she has kept the promise—so far, the hunters and humans have not detected us, although we were near the lab earlier. I wanted to look around and familiarize myself with the territory around the lab before I took Tamara and her Pack with me there. I know it is very dangerous and that humans and hunters can detect us at any moment, but we must take that chance to see what is happening there. Tamara's POVNow that all the formalities are over and we have moved in and decided where all of us will stay, we must go out to scout. We need to get familiar with the territory around the new Pack, and we will have to go in groups of ten at least. Dean and I have problems deciding who is going in what group. We know that we will have to put our wolves together so that they can learn to trust each other. We will have to mix them, and I want Miriam to go with some of these other warriors, while Dean wants her to go with Martin. I know for a fact that Miriam does not want to go near Martin. Third person's POV The Wolves have decided to start practicing the following morning. The gypsies decide it is time to make the two Packs realize they have become one. So they organize a party. Gazelle can feel that there is still tension in the Pack, and Gazelle can feel that Dean and Tamara are not on the same page. She thinks the two of them might have had a fight or something, but it looks like they are not on speaking terms.
