Chapter 52: Who Is Kenzie

"I don't want to accept it," Andrew said during their late-night dinner at the penthouse.

"Why?" Both Kenzie and Kyle said at the same time.

"Because this was exactly why Kenzie left? Was it not?" Andrew dropped his knife on the plate and turned to his left, facing his wife. He reasoned, "Sweetheart, I don't want you to think, not even for a second that I am taking advantage of your family's wealth."

"The situation in the company will pass and we can ride it out," he insisted, raising both his hands.

"Aww." Kenzie gave Andrew puppy eyes and closed in to embrace him. "Thank you, Andrew, for considering my feelings, but I'm over and done with that. I know you would never do anything to hurt me."

Kenzie and Andrew kissed in front of Kyle, not realizing how it was making him awkward. 

"Excuse me, but, will you stop it already?" His lips twitched, and he suggested, "It's like a horror movie."
