Chapter 95: Daddy's Girl

Waking up in the wee hours, Kenzie felt chills down her spine, hearing the thunder roaring outside their home. 

She frowned, turning to the other side of the bed, not finding her husband. 

"Andrew?" She called in her sluggish voice. She firmly wrapped her silk robe around her before deciding to look for him. "Andrew?"

Minutes later, she found herself in Kimberly's room and exhaled at the view of the father and daughter, fast asleep on the sofa bed.

She smiled watching Kimberly holding her father's waist with her arms and as she rested her head on one of Andrew's arms.

It was moments like those that warmed her heart. 

She cautiously made her way to the two and sat next to Andrew. Gently, he shook his leg and asked, "Andrew, what are you doing here? Did you kick out Kimberly's nanny?"
