Adair’s Point of View

“What the hell do you mean there is no match?!” I roar through the phone.

“Mr. Adair, no o-one that we visited had the t-tattoo as s-shown i-in the p-icture and their profile wasn’t s-similar to the d-description.” The detective stutters.

“What about the tattoo artists? I presume you idiots found nothing as well?” I say with rage, pacing back and forth in my office.

“N-nothing s-sir. No-one remembers since it wasn’t c-custom design and-”

“-Your fired.” I state cutting off his bullshit and ending the call.

My body shakes in fury and irritation as I tightly grip the edge of the table to stop myself from connecting my fist onto it and smashing it into pieces.

All they had to do was find the damn guy and they couldn’t do that.

“SHIT!” I yell throwing my phone across the room in frustration.
