SAMANTHA'S POV.

“ traces of succinylcholine were found in system , hence the reason she was temporarily paralyzed… The effects of the drugs only last for thirty minutes and just enough time to kill someone especially when in the water…” Was the first thing I heard when I regained consciousness…

I didn't open my eyes and listened to the unfamiliar man talk, my guess Damian was probably standing right there…

Of course I wasn't surprised traces of drugs were found in my system, he was the one who gave those drugs to his servants..

He should have let me die back there and not try to be a hero when he is actually the one responsible for my misfortunes…

“what else did you find?” he asked the man whom I assume was the doctor…

“Aside from tiny bruises all over her Body, she's fine and only needs to rest more.. I'll prescribe some medications for those bruises..” the doctor added…
