Our date (2 years ago) Pt 2
The ride to the restaurant was quiet. Will wasn't talking. I knew right time Katie mentioned JP's name things would go downhill. I had to figure out a way to get our night back on track. Things were going way too good for Katie and her big ass mouth to ruin our night.
I glance over at Will to see his face all wrinkled up. He was overthinking everything right now. What could I do to reassure him? I know sex would be good, but I don't want him thinking that that's all I want. I want things to work out with Will. I want my happily ever after with him. JP and I have had many chances to make us work and every time it just didn't. I don't want to have to go through that again. JP has a part of me, like I've said before, I know I'll never get that back but I can move on without that part.

My date with Olivia, last night, was great. My feelings towards her grow stronger with each passing day. She completely threw me off when she told me she loved me. I honestly didn't think I would ever get back to that point with her. This past year has flown by. In a couple of months, Alyssa will be 3 years old. Will, has moved on to someone else. He asked her to marry him last month. So now he is currently engaged. Does it hurt? It has been nearly 2 months since that night at the club. Ever since that night, JP has been coming to my house every weekend. Some weekends we just hang out with the kids and then other weekends, we are kid-free and you know what that means. You are probably wondering how the emotional part of this is going. That part is very complicated. Of course, we are catching feelings with all the time we spend together but I refuse to become dependent on any man again. I know at any minute JP or myself could meet someone. No, I'm not looking. Is he? That I can't tell you.
