Chapter 4

Sophia suddenly let out a cry of pain and fell backwards.

Isabella, taken aback, didn't reach out to help her up. She wanted to see what Sophia was up to.

Until...

She saw the man's fierce gaze and how he tightly held Sophia in his arms. She realized it was Sophia's same old trick.

Isabella couldn't help but sneer.

"Aiden, I really didn't mean to make my sister angry. I just thought of how I haven't seen my sister for so many years. I, I..." Sophia was good at acting, and turned her head to throw herself into Aiden's arms.

She sobbed loudly, her shoulders shaking uncontrollably.

It made her look like the most guilty person.

"Isabella." Aiden gritted his teeth and called her name. His lips curled coldly, and his words were cold and harsh, "Isabella, do you want to go to prison again?"

Sophia used the same old trick, and Aiden protected her.

This scene was quite eye-catching.

"I said I didn't do anything to her, do you believe me?" Isabella sneered. She looked calmly at Aiden across from her. His lips were pressed tightly, and his dark eyes were filled with anger.

The look that seemed to want to cut her into pieces instantly made her heart ache.

Whether it was six years ago or six years later, Aiden only believed what he saw.

"Did she fall by herself?"

Aiden furrowed his brow, furious.

Sophia stood in front of Aiden, her hands clutching his shirt.

Aiden hugged Sophia and walked out, never looking back at Isabella.

Isabella sneered and turned into the bathroom.

But Sophia had destroyed them so easily...
