Alpha Theo’s POV
With gritted teeth and clenched fists, I watched her kiss Austin right before me. Unable to withstand it, I took a step towards them, but Leo held my arm and shook his head. “Take a grip of yourself,” he said, and I groaned. “Claim her; she is ours,” Douglas howled possessively in my head, urging me to take Olivia away from Austin, but Leo was stopping me. With burning rage, I watched them kiss. After a moment, they pulled away, and Olivia smirked at me, making me grit my teeth.“Brothers, you are here,” Austin said as he approached, his hand wrapped around Olivia's waist. “The house is full; it's just for mother and fathers to join us,” Austin said with laughter. Neither Leo nor I smiled, except Olivia. “So, what are you working on, baby?” he said to Olivia, who smiled at him.“I have to leave; I just got a signal,” I said. “Me too,” Leo lied. Austin looked at us with worry. “Is everything okay?” he asked, and Leo responded because I wasn't going to give a response. “Yes, it's just a matter that needs our attention. I'll see you later.” He patted Austin on the shoulders, and we both teleported, arriving in Leo's room.A grunt left my lips as I paced around with anger while Leo sat on the bed. “I can't continue with this, Leo. You can, but I can't,” I muttered angrily while Leo remained silent. “Say something; she is our mate, for goodness' sake, and not just mine. Try to say something,” I flared up at him. His quietness and the way he was handling things were frustrating me.“And what do you want me to do, Theodore?” He called my name fully, which he only does when he is usually angry. “The young lady doesn't want to accept us as her mates; it seems she loves Austin and wants to be with him,” he said, and that got me flared up. “So we are going to allow it?” I asked with a raised eyebrow, and he did not give a response to my questions.“This is unbelievable,” I grunted and scattered my hair with my finger while I continued pacing around. “Calm down; let's think of what to do,” he suggested, and I glared at him. “There is nothing to think about, Leo. That woman is our mate, and we will have to tell everyone about it,” I stated firmly, and Leo sighed.“Don't be selfish; think about Austin, think about his condition. You know how much that will hurt him,” Leo said, and that made me flare up even more. “To hell with Austin and his feelings. I have a feeling too. You have a feeling; what about that?” I yelled at him and then teleported to my room. When I arrived, I took out a bottle of dry gin from the bar, uncapped the bottle, and took a swig of it. The harsh taste of the gin burned my throat, causing a frown to appear on my face. I took another gulp into my mouth before falling back on my seat. So many thoughts buzzed in my head, coupled with the constant howling of my wolf.I knew I had to do something, but what can I do? Leo was right about Austin's feelings. Austin has never loved this much; he was never lucky with love, and I wondered what he would do if he gets to know that the woman he loved was the mate of his elder brothers. I know that will shatter his heart and probably be bad for his health, but what can we do? We can't keep this secret forever. With a heavy sigh, I took more gulps of my drink. After emptying the bottle, I stood on my feet and decided to take a bath. I walked into the shower, stood in the running water, and let the cold water splash on me.After bathing, I turned off the shower, tied a towel around my waist, and walked back into my room. I stood before the mirror and loosened my towel as I applied lotion on my body. Suddenly, the door of my room opened, and I turned because I knew it was only Leo who would enter my room without knocking. Surprisingly, it wasn't Leo; it was Olivia.“Goodness,” she stared at me with stunned eyes, staring at my naked body. When she noticed she was staring, she looked away. “What are you doing in my room?” she asked, and I raised a brow at her, but didn't bother to cover myself. I wasn't bothered being naked before her; at least I was proud of what was between my thighs.“Why are you in my room?” she asked again while looking away. “Excuse me, this is my room. I think you are in the wrong room,” I said, and she frowned, looking at me, but she only looked at my face. I watched her look around the room with a confused brow. “Shit,” she said, and I scoffed. “Your room is the second door on the third floor. This is the second room on the fourth floor,” I explained, and she shook her head. Without saying a word, she hurried out of my room.A smirk appeared on my face as her reaction played in my head. “You should think of doing something,” my wolf snapped at me, and I released a heavy sigh. After dressing up, I went downstairs for breakfast and met everyone in their usual seats. I took my seat across Leo, who didn't look my way. Instead, his eyes were on his phone, as if he was going through something important. “Your sister will be here soon; her flight just took off,” Mother announced, and I nodded.I looked in Olivia's direction, and our eyes met, but she was quick to look away. It was obvious she was uncomfortable because of what had happened in my room. A smirk appeared on my face when I realized that I was having such an effect on her; at least that was a good sign.As we all sat silently eating, I still noticed Leo's eyes on his phone, and that got me curious. Leo wasn't a phone addict; in fact, he barely touched his phone. So I was curious about what might have kept him so glued to his phone.“Mother, father, brothers, everyone, I have an announcement to make,” Austin spoke, drawing everyone's attention. Even Leo, who had been busy on his phone, looked at Austin, curious to know what he had to say.He smiled at Olivia, who smiled back at him, and then he looked at us. “Olivia and I have decided to get married in a month's time,” he said, and my jaw dropped as I dropped my spoon.Olivia's POVI couldn't wipe the smirk off my face as I stared at Alpha Leo and Theo, who seemed stunned by the announcement. Holding Alpha Theo's gaze, I could see he was fuming with anger, but I knew he wouldn't say a word; they were all scared of Austin's condition.“Really, that is great news. Congratulations,” Lady Catherine beamed at me. “Then we have to prepare for the wedding. Don't worry; I will get the best wedding planner in town,” she said, and I forced out a smile. If only she knew there wouldn't be any wedding because she wouldn't be alive to see it.“Are you sure about this, Austin? Marriage isn't something you should rush into,” one of their dads spoke, and I met his gaze. As we held each other's gaze, I sensed something suspicious, but I smiled and looked away. It was evident he didn't like me or was suspicious about something.“Yes, Father, we are sure about it, right, Olivia?” Austin asked, and I hummed before smiling at him. “We have thought it through,” I said whi
Olivia’s POV At first, Austin seemed surprised and confused by what he saw, and immediately I released myself from Leo’s grip. I gulped. “Austin,” I called out, but he didn’t look at me. Instead, he looked at Leo and said, “Why are you bothering her? You could have just come to me.”I was confused by his words. “Do you want to scare her away into marrying me?” He questioned Leo, and I became more confused.I looked at Alpha Leo, who didn’t seem bothered by the situation. I wasn’t scared of Austin finding out; all I was worried about was my plan being stopped. “I know why you are here, brother. You are here to threaten Olivia to leave me just because we aren’t mates,” Austin said, and I looked at him.“If you have a problem, come to me and leave Olivia out of this. It’s our decision to be together, so why can’t you all just accept it?” Austin said in an angry tone, and I took a deep breath in relief. It was relieving to know that he thought Alpha Leo was here to threaten me.“If you al
Olivia’s POVWhat I did, I did on impulse, but I did not regret it and didn’t care about what would happen. With hate and disgust, I held his gaze and could see that he was burning with anger. His jaws were clenched, and his eyes held a daggering glare at me.“Take a grip of yourself,” Alpha Leo pleaded with him, and then he looked at me. “I will take you to the party before anyone suspects a thing.” He didn’t allow me to say a word before he held my hand and teleported me away.Like a blink of an eye, we arrived inside a massive building. The men who were guarding the building bowed their heads to Alpha Leo the moment they saw us. Alpha Leo, ignoring their greetings, looked at me, and I stared back at him. I could see that he had a lot to say to me, but he was quite different from Alpha Theo. Just a few days of knowing them, and I can tell two differences about them. Alpha Leo was slow to act, while Theo acted rationally. Alpha Leo doesn’t speak much; he can conceal a secret, but The
Alpha Leo's POVThe hall was a bit noisy, so I went out to receive a call and decided to go to the garden. But, when I got there, I was dumbfounded to see Olivia in the arms of Jaycee.“Mine!” My wolf howled possessively, and out of impulse, I rushed to them, pulling Olivia out of his arms. When she turned and saw that it was me, I could see how shocked and confused she was, causing my anger to boil.“What is the meaning of this?” I spoke through gritted teeth while holding her gaze. All she did was shrug and look at Lycan Jaycee before looking back at me. “Why don't you ask him? I believe he would be in the right position to tell you.” She smirked at me and then walked away, leaving me with Jaycee. With clenched jaws, I looked at Jaycee, who had a nonchalant look on his face. An angry grunt left my lips as I tried to suppress my emotions. “What do you think you are doing?” I asked with burning rage, but he only smirked and moved closer to me.Our eyes interlocked, and he grinned. “Do
Olivia's POVThe party came to an end, and we all returned home, with Alpha Leo teleporting me. I said goodbyes to the family and went up to my room. As I undressed to take my bath, my mind dwelled on what happened today. Today, I was forcefully kissed by Alpha Theo, and as if that weren't enough, Lycan Jaycee seemed interested in me.I scoffed and took a bath; after bathing, I changed into my nightwear and sat on the bed. It's been two days since I arrived here, and I haven't made an attempt for my plans. By now, I should be thinking of taking one member of the family, and my easiest target was Catherine. She was human, and it would be so easy to kill her, but I knew I had to be careful and cautious so no one would notice it was me.“What do I do?” I asked myself as I ran my fingers through my hair. Then, I thought of my Aunt and made a mind link with her. “Aunt,” I called, and she responded. “My dear Olivia, how are you?” She asked, and I sighed. “I'm doing well, but I need to start
Alpha Leo’s POV When I arrived back in my room, I kept pacing around while my whole being burned with desires. Right there, I wanted to devour, claim her and make her mine, but I knew that wasn’t the right time and the right thing to do. From the kiss and the way she submitted to me, it was obvious that she was our mate. But then, why would she hide and deny it? Or does she love Austin so much that she doesn’t want to leave him and be with us?“She doesn’t love him,” Max, my wolf, spoke, and I just sighed and sat on the bed while I continued pondering in thoughts. It's just a month until the wedding, and I knew I have to do something to stop it, but what can I do that wouldn’t hurt Austin?“You should also think of yourself, Leo. Stop always putting everyone first before you,” Max scolded, and I sighed. It wasn’t as easy as he made it sound.“Leo, I’m at the office, and she’s here with me,” Theo spoke through the mind link, and I had to teleport to the office where I met Theo seated
Olivia’s POVConfused, like the rest of the family, I stared at the alphas and then at the strange lady who was beaming happily at everyone. I looked at Austin, wanting him to explain to me what was actually happening, but he seemed as confused as me.Alpha Theo wrapped a hand around her waist and looked at his parents. “Mother, fathers, this is Veronica…” he trailed off and then held my gaze. “I and Leo are dating her.” He revealed, and an uncomfortable feeling hit me as a knot formed in my stomach. I looked at Alpha Theo, who looked at me for another moment, then looked away and smiled at the lady, who was beaming happily.“Really?” Lady Catherine sounded surprised. “Yes, Mother, we've been dating her for two months now,” Alpha Leo added, and I looked at him to see the serious look on his face. I could see that he meant every word that came out of his lips; he wasn’t joking about what he just said.“Mine!” Lolita howled possessively in my head, causing a strange feeling of jealousy
Alpha Theo's POVThe moment she left the table, I looked at Leo, who nodded at me. By her reaction, it was obvious she could also feel that we were mates, but she was hiding it. “We should move on to the next plan,” Leo suggested. I nodded and leaned over to Veronica. “We are moving to the next plan,” I announced to her, and she nodded.“Mother, fathers, we'd like to show Veronica around,” I said as I got up, while Leo did the same. Mother smiled and looked at Veronica. “You are welcome to our home, my dear. Once you are done with them, can we discuss. I would love to know you,” Mother said, and I scoffed inwardly. Mother was already seeing her as her future daughter-in-law.Leo and I led Veronica up the stairs and took her to the library. When we got there, I locked the door and then turned to her. “Are you ready?” I asked, and she nodded. “Then let’s begin,” Leo said and went to her. First, he sealed his lips with hers and began kissing her, while she responded back. I could see tha
