Poisoned

OLIVIA'S POV

My aunt's words were like a dagger, piercing my heart and causing me a lot of pain. Tears rolled down my eyes as I listened to her without saying a word, and when she was done, I stood up and walked toward the door.

"I'm leaving," I said to her and bowed. I hated listening to what she had to say, but I knew she was right, which was the reason I found it hard to stay any longer with her.

She didn't say a word to me as she watched me leave the room, and I wiped my tears. I closed the door behind me and rested on it. I was no longer crying as tears refused to come out of my eyes. I let out a deep breath as my heart ached, and when I knew I was feeling better, I walked down the stairs.

Fortunately, Alpha Leo and Alpha Theo were already waiting down there for me, which made me wonder if they knew I was planning to leave already. Alpha Leo was the first to walk over to me the moment he saw me.
