Alpha Theo’s POV

My grip on her neck tightened as I glared at her while she gasped for air. I could hear Olivia coughing as she panted heavily. Scowling at Dora, I wished I could just kill her for even entertaining the thought of harming Olivia, but then she was my sister, and I was forced to let go of her.

The moment my grip released her neck, she fell to the ground and began coughing repeatedly as she tried to catch her breath. I turned to Olivia and saw that she looked confused about what was happening.

“You…” Dora shouted at Olivia. “You will hear from me.” She threatened and ran out of the room.

My gaze met Olivia's, but I looked away, moving my eyes around the room. “Where is the nurse assigned to you?” I murmured, and Olivia didn’t respond. I looked her way and saw tears gathering in her eyes. The sight made me angry and worried.

“Why are you crying?” I asked in an annoyed tone, but she didn’t respond. Instead, she continued crying, and I wasn’t comfortable with her tears.
