Chapter 70
Warren took a deep breath and began. He started his tale by telling Olivia about his breakup with Jennifer. As he was unloading, he felt lighter. He told her about the emotions he experienced and how lost he felt when he caught Jennifer with Charles.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't know you went through something like that," Olivia responded.
"Through that tragedy I got to meet Claudia, the girl who I had lunch with at noon," Warren said. He then explained the ridiculous circumstances in which he was caught red-handed by Claudia in her ex-boyfriend's room and mistook him for a peeping Tom. Olivia laughed at Warren's bad luck and told him to continue. Warren did just that and also told her about how he was beaten up.
"I saw the video of someone getting beaten up so pitifully. Who would have thought that was you," Olivia said as she tried to hold her laughter.
"You can laugh all you want now, but I literally saw my life flash before my eyes,"
