Chapter 11

“Thanks for the food.” Soheila smiled at Sirene.

Sirene smiled back. “No problem!”

“By the way, Soheila, What's your attributes?” Hector asked Soheila as he saw that she's not busy anymore.

“Me? Fire and Lighting, nothing special.” Soheila said calmly.

“What? Nothing special?!” Sirene said emphasizing the word ‘nothing.’

“Yes, my attributes are not rare.” Soheila bluntly said.

They were really taken aback by Soheila when they heard how bluntly she said that.

Zachary coughed two times. “Soheila, lighting, Ice, light, dark attributes are rare. So, your attribute is rare.”

Soheila put her hand in her chin and asked confusedly, “What did you say? Lighting is a rare attribute? If that's rare then, why does Ezekiel have one? Same as the light and ice attributes, I heard you guys talked about attributes yesterday.”

They all looked at each other and wanted to laugh, but stopped as they saw how innocently Soheila look was.

Sirene laughed softly. “I didn't know you had an attitude where you would listen to someone's conversation. Nah... Just kidding. So, light, lighting, ice, and dark are rare attributes, it is just that we coincidentally became roommates with someone who had rare attributes.”

Hector also said, “In fact, I think you didn't notice Sirene's reaction when she heard our attributes.”

All of them nodded to what Sirene and Hector said.

Soheila listened to their explanations and remembered how Sirene's eyes brightened. She thought that those are not rare that's why she picked those two attributes. Soheila didn't want to tell them that she got all the attributes, so she decided to say lighting and fire because lighting and fire look common. She chose fire as she already showed to Sylvie and Little Black how she used it last time when she refined pills.

“What a photographic memory? I couldn't even remember her reaction yesterday when she heard the five birds' attributes.” Soheila mumbled.

Hector tilted his head as he didn't understand what Soheila said. “Huh?”

Soheila stopped mumbling and looked at him. “Nothing.”

“We should prepare for tomorrow since it's our first day.” Maximo just said to change the topic.

“Right,” Luna agreed. She stood up with her plate in her hand as she walks towards the sink.

They all copied Luna as they one by one stood up with their plate in their hands.

The next day, Soheila got up to take a bath. After taking a bath, she wore a uniform that she got as someone delivered it to them last night.

She left her room only to see Luna getting ready.

Luna noticed Soheila's gaze, so, she looked at Soheila who's standing at the corner.

“Oh, the others went out first. I don't know why they're afraid to be late. We still have 30 minutes left before the class start.” Luna explained to Soheila why she's the only one left.

“I see, that's why I can't feel their auras. Well, that's obvious that they're out to attend the class. Nevertheless, I still want to confirm.” Soheila walks towards Luna.

“That's right, double-checking is good. Let's go.” Luna shrugged her shoulders as she proceeds to walk.

Soheila nodded, and they walk side by side as they left the dormitory. Soheila memorized the map and it says that the first class is at the third building beside the gymnasium.

While walking, Luna and Soheila could feel the gazes from the other students passing by. Moreover, Luna is a princess while Soheila is the new student who rejected the Second Princess who's the sister of the Third Princess. Seeing them together would really catch the attention of the students.

However, neither one of them pay attention to those gazes. They just silently walk side by side without giving them attention.

Sirene, Maximo, and Hector sat side by side while behind Hector Ezekiel, and Zachary sat together. They left two empty seats for Luna and Soheila. One beside Sirene, and one beside Zachary.

“I wonder where they are right now. It's almost time.” Sirene put her hand in her chin as she was worried that Soheila and Luna might be late for the class.

Maximo chuckled softly. “They won't.”

Soheila looked at Maximo and said eagerly, “Yes, of course!”

“Although we do not know each other that much, I still know that Soheila is not the type of person who'll be late for school. Especially to Luna, she's the Third Princess everyone would think that she's perfect. Which is sad.” Hector said something to ease Sirene's concern.

“Besides, Luna is not that type of person. Also, it is sad that they put high hopes on us.” Zachary said from the back of Maximo.

“You don't have to do what others wanted you to be. Just be yourself.”

Sirene and the others heard a familiar voice. They all looked at the same time to the one with the familiar voice.

Sirene's eyes lit up when she saw Soheila and Luna standing. “Ahh! You guys here already! Come sit.”

“Well, we didn't want to be late for our first day of school.” Soheila smiled at Sirene as she sat beside her since it is an empty seat.

Meanwhile, Luna sat beside Zachary as it is the only empty seat left. Sirene and the others smiled as they saw that they're now complete.

“So, you say that we don't have to do what others wanted? But that's how life is!” Hector looked at Soheila with his troubled look.

“Of course! That's your life. You should not care what other people wanted you to be especially strangers. So what if they'll be disappointed?” Soheila answered Hector.

Hector was one of the victims who was pressured to what other people think about him, so, when he heard what Soheila said he felt relief. He smiled gently at Soheila.

Soheila smiled back. “If I were you, I would say that it's my life, my rules. Don't give a reason that's how life is, why don't you change how life is.”

To those who listened silently nodded. Even Ezekiel who is always cold, Luna who was cold on the outside also nodded. And same as Maximo who was always calm and had a slight smile on their faces.

Soheila observed how they nodded and thought that because they are from a good family they're famous. And it makes people have high hopes for them even if they are just strangers.

“Thank you, Soheila.” Hector smiled at Soheila sincerely.

“No problem. Just remember our motto and that is My life, my rules.” Soheila said fiercely her motto.

They all chuckled and said at the same, “We surely will.”

After that, a handsome man suddenly entered the room. It looks like he is just 25 to 28 years old. He had long brown hair, brown sharp eyes, a pointed nose, kissable thin lips, and a perfect jawline. His handsomeness is on par with Maximo and the others.

He got the attention of the students in the room and even the other students from the other rooms.

The handsome man confidently walks in front as he stopped at the center.

“Good morning, students. I'm Pierre Andronicus, your teacher for the first class.” Pierre roams around his eyes, and he stopped as if he's done memorizing the face of his students.

“No need to introduce yourself one by one since I already know your names and faces. I saw that our top 1 from the enrollment was my student. Kindly go to my office.” Pierre said with his attractive voice. He started to talk about rules regulations as he wanted them to know the simple rules.

“His looks are young, but his age is not. I can't even feel his spirit energy.” Soheila said after Pierre's class. The class was fast, so, she and her roommates planned to eat breakfast.

Soheila, Sirene, and the five birds walk side by side that caught the students passing by attention. They were all gazing at them as if they were a light that is too far to reach.

“How did you say that?” Sirene asked Soheila. She didn't mind the gazes of those students, and same as the five birds.

“As I said, I couldn't feel his spirit energy and I can't identify his rank level. He might be older than your fathers.” Soheila explained.

“Of course his a teacher, so, it's obvious that his rank level is higher than us,” Sirene stated the fact that their teacher is older than them.

“I mean, yeah, of course, but I meant is that I think his rank is higher than an Indigo rank. Since I read in a book that when we reached a certain level, we would never age. Do you understand me?” Soheila explained.

“Uhm, nope, but I'll try. I promise.” Sirene had a stiff smile on her beautiful face.

“Okay, change the topic. Why would our new teacher wanted you to go to his office? I mean, I know you're the top 1 but calling their students to go to their office never happened before.” Hector clapped twice as he changed the topic.

Soheila was in deep thought before she cried out, “I don't really know, but I'll go.”

“It's fine, he looks like someone that you can trust. Although he's our teacher, we don't know him at all even to you. So, there might be a reason why he wants you to go to his office.” Sirene said to Soheila.

Zachary laughed as he said jokingly, “Maybe, he falls in love with you.”

Soheila glared at him. “Of course that's impossible! I'm sure right that he's old already. And! And! And! He doesn't look like that type of person.”

“I know, I know, and I was just joking. Chill.” Zachary raised both his hands pertaining that he backed out.

They all laughed at Zachary's joke except for Luna and Ezekiel who just had a smirk on their faces.

They just walked quietly and didn't talk anymore. Their aura was now intimidating as they walk side by side. Soheila was in the middle while Luna and Sirene were on her side. Beside them were the boys, they look so powerful as they walk closely with their fierce look.

Even Sirene has suspiciously had a cold face. No smile, no twinkled eyes, just a cold face, an expressionless face. It was their first time to see her like this without a smile. Sirene always smiled at them even if sometimes it's fake like the last time Zachary told her that she's not from the North Kingdom.

They planned to eat breakfast first before seeing off Soheila going to their teacher's office. As they were walking, an angry shout was heard from behind. All of them looked at their back at the same time only to see the Second Princess pointing at Soheila with her angry face.

“You!” The Second Princess walks towards Soheila. She didn't even notice the people beside Soheila.

Soheila raised her left brow as she looked at the angry princess in front of her. Sirene and the five birds were confused why the Second Princess shouted at Soheila.

“It's your fucking fault that I got punished! If you just listened to me you bitch! I am Annita Amalthea! An Amalthea! I'm Second Princess, so, how dare you disobey me?!” The Second Princess's high-pitched voice was too loud that she caught the attention of the students.

“You're a princess, so what?” Soheila bluntly said.

The Students watching were in shock when they heard Soheila's statement. They all whispered everywhere.

“She's a freaking princess!”

“I guess she's too arrogant since she's the top 1.”

“Right, she was even with the four Young Masters and the Third Princess. Look how thick her face is.”

“Serving a princess would be like a dream for me! It's a princess!”

They all criticized Soheila as if they didn't know what happened why the Second Princess was angry.

When the Second Princess, Annita heard that, she got more confident. “Huh! So what you said! You fucking ugly bitch! My father would punish you!” The Second Princess, Annita, angrily shouted at Soheila.

Sirene was quite annoyed with Annita, The Second Princess as she wanted to slap her, but stopped when she saw how the five birds were calm. Although their calm, their eyes were shooting daggers at The Second Princess.

“Okay,” Soheila said, she looked at Sirene and the five birds. “ Let's go.” She beckoned them to proceed to walk.

That made the Second Princess angry. She formed a ball to her arms full of spirit energy to attack Soheila, but before she could even release the spirit energy, Soheila suddenly halted her footsteps.

Soheila said without glancing back, “Oh, Second Princess, you should remember that fighting is prohibited.”

That made Annita, the Second Princess to stop what she's doing and said with a smirk, “Well, let's have a challenge then.”

That sentence was often used when they wanted to fight someone. Having a challenge would not get the teacher's attention. A challenge was like a fight, however, it was a fight when gaining experience. And they were using the challenge stage. But the challenge stage was now often used for a grudge purpose. The students used that reason to fight with the one they hate for them to not be punished by violating the prohibition of fighting.

Luna was aggrieved from what Annita had said, so she glared at her and said, “Annita, you should stop.”

Annita, the Second Princess was shocked when she heard a cold voice. She turned her head only to see her third sister glaring at her. She trembly said, ”Third... third Sister! Why... Why are you here?”

Soheila laughed at that statement. “Hahaha, The Second Princess really was blind. She didn't even notice her own sister beside me. At first, you didn't notice the rules, and now, you didn't notice your sister.”

Although Soheila was confused why Annita was trembling when faced in front of Luna since she is older than her.

Annita suddenly forgot that she looks like aprey when she's in front of her sister when she heard Soheila's mocking statement.

Soheila laughed again at Annita's fast-changing expression. “Chill, Second Princess. I'll agree to your challenge.”

Everyone who heard that was rendered shocked.

Annita proud and confidently said with a smirk on her face, “Then I'll meet you at the Challenge stage next month.”

“Why next month?” Soheila asked.

“Hah! You fucking bitch, you're a new student and there's a lot of things that a new student needs to do.” After Annita said that, she turned around and walk away.

“Hmm...” Soheila hummed as she turned around and beckoned her roommates to proceed to walk.

“Soheila, are you sure? Although my sister and you were on the same rank level, you just attained that one month ago while my sister attained that level long ago. So, she's flawless when she used her spirit energy.” Luna was worried for Soheila that's why she got angry at Annita.

Soheila chuckled softly. “My, my, Luna, you finally called her sister while yesterday you do not. Just don't worry, have trust in me." She winked at her playfully.

“Yeah, Luna, we should trust Soheila.” Maximo and Zachary said at the same time.

“That's true, she's talented like me, so, she will surely win.” Sirene had full trust in Soheila, so, she confidently said that.

“You see that, Luna? Soheila could do it.” Hector helped Luna to be at ease too.

“Besides, she's confident.” Ezekiel who was always quiet helped Luna, too.

Soheila heard them and made her heart melt. She could feel their high trust in her. It made her smile but hid it.

“Okay, I trust you.” Luna finally decided.

“That's good! I'm hungry, so, let's hurry up!” Soheila said.

“You always were,” Sirene said jokingly to Soheila. Pertaining that Soheila was always hungry.

They all laughed.

It was such a good mood that they forgot that they were annoyed at the scene a while ago.
