The décor in the rooms on the fourth floor were plush. They were designed to provide a casual sexual environment and to heighten sexual experiences. The twins had the rooms done a year after Garvey’s re-launch. The rooms were $269.99 per night on the weekends and $199.99 during the week.

The room Jackie was in had not been rented for the night because Jackie had reserved it for her and Williamson. He had called and canceled. Williamson had said he had to do a favor for a friend.
