“So, how’s your dad holding up?” I replied.

“He’s fine. All of his men in the precinct are mourning for the death by one of their co-officers.”

When Kevin mentions the dead Police Officer, I couldn’t help but feel bad for myself. He just died in front of me. Cletisa and Aria also died in front of me. I was frozen and sighed deeply.
