Chapter Thirty-Three
It was a morning like any other. Regina was having her morning run when something repulsive invaded her nostrils. “Yuck,” Regina said out loud as she looked around her to see where the smell was coming from. She assumed it was a dead animal or skunk and headed back to the house for a bath. She turned on the furnace and got the water going, when again she smelled the horrific scent again. “Ugh!” she shouted as she saw the tub filled with dirty green water. She got dressed and headed to the lake. When she arrived, she saw dead fish floating in the water and a bunch of blackened green algae covering the surface.

“Please! I didn’t do anything!” Logan yelled from the jail cell. “Let me out!” he had been at it for hours. The door to the hall way opens and Regina walks in. “You should be thankful Ty didn’t rip your throat out,” she says as she holds her head high. “You put this pack at a great risk. Poisoning our water supply and destroying the harvest before winter.
