Chapter 19 - Avoiding situations
Henry POV
It’s been three days since I jumped at Richie. I have been avoiding him, I m staying at Abbey’s house. I don’t want to face him. I know what I did was a dick move, but I really thought he had fallen for my girl. I thought he was going to tell me that he wanted her, and that I was gonna have to back off. I really hate that my dad has gotten into my brain like that. I haven’t decided what I am going to do right now. But he is already cutting me off. He cancelled two of my credit cards. I have been avoiding him as well. I can’t leave Abbey. She is the only real good thing in my life. She knows the real me and with her I don’t have to pretend to be the all mighty Henry Payne, I don’t have to pretend to be a player, I don’t have to pretend to be someone else, she likes me for me.
