Wyatt's Point of View

I scoffed; I couldn't believe what she said. "You think that reason is valid? You're selfish, Agleen!"

"Alright, let's say I'm selfish because of what I did," she uttered before looking straight into my eyes. "You? Did you really love him? Aren't you selfish too? You chose to hurt him to save yourself from the shame that you yourself started."

I fucking know that! So, why? Why does she have to mention that and tell me face-to-face that I did something wrong? Fuck it!

"That wouldn't happen if it's not because of you." I gritted my teeth. "All of the conflicts that were happening to me were all because of you! If you haven't come back... You shouldn't have come back, Agleen!"

Her lips trembled, and she couldn't utter any words. She stayed there with her mouth shut while her tears continued to come out. And I also stayed there, clenching my fist while looking at her. I don't feel any pity. All I could feel was the anger in my chest.

"Wyatt!"

I heard Jacob scream my
