Kimberly:

As my eyelid lifted, I was momentarily blinded by the bright light and realized I was in the hospital. The events of the previous night started to flood back into my mind.

Kidnapped, blood, pains, he shot him, my godfather killed a man. When I turned my head, I saw Ethan staring at me, as he reached out to caress my face, I moved away and husked out.

"Don't touch me, what are you?”

He withdrew his hand and softly said, "Kim, we'll discuss this when we get home. There's a lot you need to know about me." Nodding silently, I watched him leave the room to fetch the doctor. Upon arrival, the doctor examined my vitals and still recommended that I stay for a few days so they could monitor me.
