Mortal Realm

It has been the second day of the search. The gods and warriors scattered throughout the land of the living to proceed on looking for Lothaire.
Time flew swiftly in the underworld realm as I waited for the word Awena and Vaughan may bring. Albeit it was necessary, patience was not in my vocabulary at that point in time. The heavy silence of the throne room gradually awakened my vulnerability and the thought of him caused disturbances to my mind and inner being.
As I headed to the Delphine Park, the wind blew cold and passed by the side of my cheek. I went on one of the crepe myrtles and changed my clothing as fast as I could. When I came out, few mortals ambled

However, I failed to identify the individual who wrote the book. Whoever made the compositions might have an idea about the felted sheets on the last pages. “Azael…” I called the servant, and he came forth. “Your majesty,” he greeted and bowed upon arriving in front of me. “Where is Naeitha and Denali?” I questioned for I believe they can help me seek for answers. “They left early at dawn, my ladyship,” he answered. The Solumian warriors have returned from the search. He spoke, “The land of the living was never peaceful barely.” I sat at my throne in the Council Room as I keenly listened. Lothaire was not present for he was recovering from the encounter. I left my husband in our chamber early at daybreak. I replied, “It was quite eccentric that the vagabonds disappeared.” “Indeed,” Caliban said, “Their ships in the Myrtoan Sea dropped out of sight as well. My
Underworld RealmLothaire’s Demesne Palace•LOTHAIRE• I summoned the Weavers of Destiny for there were plenty of questions in my mind. I sat at the throne room as I waited. A mass of smoke entered the abode and gradually spun as they arrived. All of them greeted and bowed. “Lothaire…” Acrasia started as she came forth, “Why did you call for us?” “I apologize for the disturbance I caused to all of you,” I stated as I leaned on the back of my throne, “I simply want clarity on the existing occurrences, and I reckon you can grant answers to the thoughts in my mind.” Ischales let out a smirk as she spoke, “I was not mistaken.” “You were not mistaken?” I tried to confirm. “We know your questions beforehand,” Britomaris replied, “It is about your consort—the queen of the underworld.” “Indeed,” I answered. Acrasia let out a grin as she uttered, “We are fully aware this period will come. The succeeding questions w
Underworld RealmLothaire’s DemesnePalace•LOTHAIRE• I went outside my lair and looked at the groundwork of the palace as the servants were placing the crystal sculptures for the Winterfest. Few of them rolled the white moquette. My thoughts remained static inside my mind for I was still thinking about what the Weavers of Destiny stated. They told me I should be the one to solve my own labyrinth when I do not even know what maze they were denoting. I could not grasp the meaning of their words when they said not being answered was part of my fate as well. Azael came towards my direction, and he greeted, “You called for me, sire.” I told him to rise wh
Underworld RealmLothaire’s DemesneTayen River•PHAELIN• Silence. I could only hear profound silence whilst my eyes were closed. My eyelids felt heavy, and I could not open it. The hands of the souls were keeping them blocked. At that point in time, I knew I was lost in the middle of oblivion and total darkness. Their grasps on my feet tightened and I was about to lose consciousness when I felt a sudden disturbance. I sensed movements from the surface of the water. I knew in my mind they were from the souls and a number of them might be heading towards my direction. As I anticipated, an arm gripped my waist, pulling my whole being. However, I was not dragged beneath, but up to the surface. I reckon the souls might have competing on who will keep me. Within a certain span of time, I fell to a deep state of tranquility as I recalled a memory. "You may now say your vows," the goddess—Bryndis—stated whilst she looked at the both of us.
Underworld RealmLothaire’s DemesnePalace•PHAELIN• Our lair seemed cold for the past few days for I have not exchanged a word with Lothaire since our last discourse. I do not know if he was steering clear of the occurrence, or he was simply occupied by the preparations under way. I keenly observed the servants from the balcony as they were embellishing the newly built fountain at the center of the Palace Grounds. The elevated structure enclosed by a balustrade was central and gracious. I noticed the ornamental parapet had a tinge of gold and ink blue whilst I opened a scroll. It was from the goddess of marriage. At that point in time, I was certain Bryndis heard the news in Solum and have sent a message through Awen
SolumArwald’s RealmPalace•PHAELIN• I opened my eyes and sat up on my bed as I heard a knock on my door. “Queen Phaelin,” a voice called from the outside. I stood up upon hearing it and opened the entrance of my chamber. It was the day of the Winterfest. A servant greeted me with a smile and bowed as she handed a huge box. I reached out my hand as I spoke, “What is this?” “One of Arachne’s seamstresses came here earlier and delivered it, my lady,” she replied as I looked at my name engraved on the lining. There was a felted sheet on the side and the name of the seamstress who made it was written. “It is inde

The overview of my dominion was glorious and magnificent. I sat at the marble throne from the elevated structure where I positioned myself and I noticed the white glistening carriage from a far. “I would like to present to you the goddess Naeitha—ruler of wisdom and knowledge!” Azael exclaimed and she stepped out of her mulberry carriage. The crowd applauded upon her appearance. Silence. There came a moment of silence and the beat inside my chest we
