"Boxes of pizza and barbecues, a party tonight. And for what? Damage control?

"Baby, I got you something," Michael uttered from behind me while I folded the clothes I took from the laundry. "I heard that pregnant women crave foods that they don't eat much, so... pickles?"

How dare this guy?

I want to know what he's into that makes him so gutsy like this. Does this friend of his a woman? What did they do? Why did he have to lie to me?

He wants to keep something from me? Fine, he could, but he should never expect me to tolerate it because what I'm about to do to him is the silent treatment. He has to stomach it until I miss him, which will happen once he explains everything to me.
