"Is there anything wrong with us?”

Will was taken aback for a moment but quickly recomposed himself. He looked down at the woman in his arms, biting her lip and looking straight at his chest, the delicate possession which he was holding. For a second he wondered what sparked the thought in her mind.

“Look at me, Anna.”

He held her chin between his thumb and forefinger and lifted it to face him. Her eyes were worried and unsettled as she looked into his reassuring ones.

“There's nothing wrong with us, baby. We chose to follow our innermost desires. They're our desires and we're doing this because we want it, we need it. We're not crazy because we crave things that other people don't desire. That doesn't make them normal, it just makes us different from them. Everyone has the right to choose what they want.”
