Chapter 55 - Dead end

Elektra’s pov:

After I had breakfast alone in my room, an omega came and informed me that Alexander was already waiting for me at the parking lot. I took my bag and hurried out.

Alexander accelerated as soon as I got in. It was obvious that he was very impatient. During the trip we remained quiet without exchanging a single word. I was devastated. My heart was pounding and I felt awful. I couldn’t stand Alexander’s attitude. He was purposely ignoring me the whole time.

We reached the path leading to the elder's village, parked the car and continued on foot. During our ascent I felt very uncomfortable. Alexander climbed in complete silence without exchanging a single word. He was mad at me I could tell. “Oh my Goddess how did I manage to make such a mess! Although I knew I deserve his attitude, my heart can’t take it” I thought to myself.

We reached the village and headed straight to the elder’s cabin, knocked on his door and after we heard the elder’s voice got in.
