JAKE I heard rustling in the bushes and a muffled sound from a small animal. By the smell of it, I knew there was a nearby rabbit. CLAIR My eyes wandered to the people around the area where we set up Dad’s small party. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, especially Dad. He was surprised and had no clue that we had something prepared for him. He even prepared food at home for the three of us to celebrate with. In the end, we just brought the food with us here.
