Saving A Victim

Larisa stepped out of her house, leaving her baby Waylen in the care of his nanny, and hailed a taxi. As the taxi pulled up in front of her, Larisa swiftly entered and greeted the driver.

"Good morning," Larisa said with a smile. "I'm headed to Bluenis grocery store, please."

The taxi driver nodded in response and replied, "Sure thing, ma'am. Buckle up and we'll be on our way."

Larisa fastened her seatbelt and settled into the back seat, taking in the sights and sounds of the city as they drove towards the store. The bustling streets were filled with people going about their day, and the sound of car horns and chatter filled the air.

As they arrived at the store, Larisa thanked the driver and stepped out of the taxi.

As Larisa stepped out of the taxi and closed the door, she took a few steps forward before hearing a sudden crash. The sound was so loud that it echoed through the street, causing everyone nearby to turn and look in alarm.
