CHAPTER 29: CRISIS

Anna wouldn't call herself introverted, but she wasn't extroverted either. She enjoyed the love and warmth of her little space and was never really curious about the outside world and that was why she could live in the palace comfortably for many years. Rather than going out, the only enthusiasm she showed was in hearing people’s stories and this stemmed from listening to her father’s never-ending life adventures.

She would take out time and go out to discuss with the people in the palace, when discussing with the palace servants, she would ask them about their life experiences, and before she knew it they were already telling her their stories and she was always listening with rapt attention. She felt it was fascinating that everyone had a story to tell.
