Settling old scores

It's easy to earn someone's trust even by deception. It's even easier to lose the said trust which once lost would be very hard to attain.

THIRD PERSON'S P.O.V 

It has been two days since Humeyra talked to her long lost mentor and teacher. When Hamdan found them in their cozy state the whole family had different reactions to them but one stood out yet went unnoticed. Hamdan and his family stayed in Humeyra's room for a few hours to talk to her and get to know her better, however, of course Abu Hamdan hogged most of her time and never left her free from his embrace. Eventually, everyone was contented (though not entirely true for some people in the room) that Humeyra should be given time to contact her guardian and settle her issues with her adopted brother.

As the issue was left unattended to so abruptly with no one foreseeing her abduction, Humeyra found some loopholes
