FRIEND OR NOT.

"Hi! This is Carmelita." She uttered through the office phone.

"There's an urgent meeting that is being held immediately, and you're expected to come over as the manager." The caller explained.

She hissed silently. If only he knows that she isn't in that mood, he wouldn't have given her a call.

"Uhmmm! I'll be there right away." She assured the caller and ended the call.

She clenched her fist, gritting her teeth. "I just hate this. Why the urgent meeting all of a sudden?" She shut her eyes.

When she let her eyes open, she checked the time and stood up ready to leave for the meeting.

She left the office after dropping a message to her assistant, then she left to her car and drove off.

On her way to the conference hall, the traffic stopped her and she had to send back a message to them, because she knew that she would be late.
