Rue and I strolled through the baby section of the mall, our eyes scanning the shelves filled with adorable onesies, soft blankets, and tiny shoes. The atmosphere was light and cheerful, with the sound of giggles from nearby kids' stores and the sweet scent of baby products lingering in the air.

Rue, not entirely thrilled about being in a baby store, looked a bit out of place among the pastel-colored aisles.
