Richard was going through his patient's files when his door opened and Phoebe entered. Seeing that it was her, he sighed and continued with what he was doing. "How many times do I have to tell you that the fact that you're my direct junior doesn't mean you can barge into my office the way you like?"

"I didn't barge." She defended as she took a seat. "I knocked."

"But I didn't hear you knocking."

"Even a ghost wouldn't." She laughed. "Senior, I need your help." She added, suddenly becoming serious.

"What is it?"

"What is your diagnosis of a man whose face twitches often and he sometimes walk with one side of his body?"

"Does it happen frequently?"

"Yes. I've noticed it like three times now."

"How old is he?"

"Early sixties."

"Does the twitching of his face affect just one side?"

"Yes. Just one side. Sometimes when he talks, he stops and takes a long pause before continuing."

Richard paused and looked at her closely nodding his head. "What do you diagnose?"
