Chapter eighty one

AMELIA’s POV…

Seeing the knife, I gasped as I screamed. “No, please!” I begged, tears streaming down my cheeks as I struggled to get free from the pole where I had been tied. I gasped as I kept struggling, but they kept moving to me with the silver knife, the moon reflecting on it so much that it shown brighter.

“Amy!” Lilly screamed, withdrawing from the ones who had taken her away from me as she rushed to me, hugging me even though I had been tied to a pole.

“Please, don’t kill my sister!” She begged as she cried and as she begged while crying, I started to feel her hands travel through the ropes where I had been tied and I gasped.

She was such a smart girl.

“Child, get away from her! She is a witch!” One of the women from the crowd screamed as they dragged her away from me while she cried out weakly.

I kept struggling to get free, but I couldn’t. It was still a little too tight even though Lilly had done her best by untying me to the best she could.
