Chapter one hundred and thirty

AMELIA’s POV…

“He..he is fine, right?” I asked her again.

“I am sorry, but unfortunately, the Alpha couldn’t make it. He has given up the ghost.” She said and the moment the words left her lips, my knees wobbled and I fell to the ground.

It took a moment for me to be able to breathe again after I had fallen and it took a while for the things she had said to settle in and I could feel everything in me start to go numb as my head started to ache.

My heart was pounding hard and I couldn’t seem to breathe at that moment. It seemed like everything in me was suddenly contracting and I could barely even take a grasp of my surroundings.

I placed my hand to my chest as I gasped, shaking my head as the whole place started to make a ringing sound in my head.

“Al…Al..ale…Alex…” I gasped as I held on to my head, the whole place starting to become dark as all I had to hear was my heart beating so fast.

I felt a hand grasp my shoulders but I couldn’t make out who it was till whoever it was spoke.
