Chapter Fourteen

DAWN.

I breathe in, inhaling in his sweaty self when he wraps his hand around my waist to pull me to his chest, the other one going to my head and smoothing down my hair, just like he always does. 

"Let me go. You are covered in probably dried sweat and some more. “

I groan, trying to push at his chest, but that only ends up in me, trailing my fingers down his chest, loving the feel of his muscles beneath my fingers. 

"But you smell so fucking good. "

He coos, burying his nose in my hair and sniffing it before laying his head against my neck. "Plus, you can't deny that you don't love this, feeling this feverish body against yours. "

"Hands off me, Stone!"

I snap and he lets out a chuckle before pulling away, eyes moving across my face before dropping and trailing over my body. His eyes linger on my legs, and I roll my eyes when a look of disapproval crosses over his features. Knowing exactly where this is going.
