Chapter Thirty-Six

DAWN. 

Come back to his hotel with him?

I raise my gaze to meet Ryder's, halting the teasing movement of my hand against his protruding bulge. Soothing eyes that display nothing but admiration staring down as he blinks at me, waiting for me to respond to his request. 

"I have to get back to campus. I have classes. "

I tell him with a small smile on my face and he shakes his head, wrapping his arms around my body and swallowing me whole against his chest. 

"You can go tomorrow. "

He whispers, burying his face in the crook of my neck and sniffing my hair, which forces a chuckle out of me. The man does weird things sometimes. 

"I have been missing classes a lot these days, Smith. I'm lacking behind in my studies too; I've got a lot of catching up to do and I don't think missing further classes to fuck with you would do. "

"I never said we were going to fuck. "
