Suddenly there was a short circuit in the room. A bulb which was hanging at the corner of the ceiling had an electrical impedance and at once it fell on the floor like somebody intentionally dropped it.
A low growl was heard in the room and Amara knew it wasn't from Alex. The monster was right there beside them. A gut wrenching feeling of anxiety stuck her soul.

Alex ran his hands tiredly in his hair. "Why you do not allow us to live peacefully? No privacy is allowed to us even in our bedroom?" He yelled in anger. "What do you expect from us? Say it and I will do anything to satisfy your desire but leave Amara. Why are you making her suffer?" There was a desperation in his tone. "Amara has no connection with Princess Veronica. It is rediculous you make someone else suffer to exercise your vengeance on another."
