Chapter One- Hundred & Ninety One

Logan’s POV

Something just feels awkward, and I can fucking feel it so bad.

At first, my left hand started to itch, and I know that when this happens, something terrible or unpleasant has happened somewhere.

My phone has been on airplane mode, because we had just started with the procedures for the movie shoot, and as usual, no distractions were needed.

Ethan had had to leave to run an errand, and so there was no way I could get to him.

I started to get really worried when a dull headache started at the back of my head again. Then I concluded that something was off.

My heart started to beat faster, and for the first time in years, intense fear gripped me, one that I have never experienced before.

“Are you okay?” The director asked me.

“No,” I said, unable to hide it or lie. “Could you excuse me for some minutes?” I asked, and walked away before he could say a word.

Ethan wasn’t back yet, and my duffel bag where I had also kept my phone happened to be in the car that he had driven out
