Guilt weighed on me as I returned from the hospital where the doctor told me there was nothing wrong with Sia. As a healer, her body could repair itself once she rested after doing so much work in the pack hospital today.

I hadn't wanted to force her to work at the hospital but I knew this was a sure way for people to appreciate her in the pack. She'd been trying to win everyone's approval before but with time, I saw her give up.
