AWAITING STORM
Adriano dropped in a crouch in front of a smirking Donatello. There was anticipation and anxiety thick in air, as everyone else held their breath waiting for the next move of their Don.
" What makes you think that I don't have a backup plan too, Donatello?" there was a mocking edge to Adriano's tone as cocked his head to the side.
Donatello furrowed his brow as Adriano gripped his left wrist hard, before unstrapping his nonno's watch.
Grey eyed man pressed his lips in thin line, his stone cold features turning into confused one.
" You think, only you are the one that can play games." Adriano kicked his brow up as he pulled out a small microphone chip from inside the vintage watch.
" Too bad! You hadn't played with me." Adriano murmured twirling the chip around his cylindrical finger, stuffing his nonno's watch in his pocket.
